My path
In my early twenties, I set out on a journey. It became a pilgrimage of almost a decade across South America and Asia, in search of myself, and of the physical and emotional health that a life far from my essence had worn away.
It was in Brazil that my research began, and where I realized what would become the heart of my work: women's health, deeply connected to the cycles and rhythms of Nature.
Still in Brazil, I began my studies in Ayurvedic Medicine. Years later, I traveled to India, where I had the opportunity to deepen them. For four years, I studied and practiced at the Sattvam Ayurvedic Medicine Clinic, under the guidance of Dr. Hitesh Chaudhari and Dr. Shweta Chaudhari, focusing on Nutrition, Herbalism, Gynecology and Panchakarma treatments. I also completed a Panchakarma internship at the Arogyadham Yoga & Nature Cure Center in Nashik.
Along the way, I also trained in Natural Gynecology and Herbalism for Women's Health, and I am currently pursuing university studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Today, at Apoema, I accompany other women on their path back to their bodies and their cycles.
